I'm using an off campus computer and can't connect to Westlaw
There may be a number of reasons you are not able to use Westlaw from off campus.
First, confirm your username and password are correct and current. The username and password are the same ones you use to log onto a computer on campus. For example: doej) Do not include @mymail.shawnee.edu or @shawnee.edu.
You will not be able to authenticate if your password needs changed. You can change your password when you log onto a computer on campus, through SSU's University Information Services Self-Service password reset service, or bring a photo ID to the library's reference counter or the University Information Services Help Desk in Massie Hall.
Second, to search Westlaw your computer must be running a current version of java and make sure your web browser's pop up blockers are turned off.
