My username and password will not allow me to sign into the research database
I have signed on many times before with this name and apssword and never had a problem with it, but now its saying the name or password is wrong. I dont understand.

Usually when students have trouble logging in from off campus, it is because their campus network password needs changed. You can change your password a number of ways:
- Log on to a computer on campus and self change your password when prompted
- Use SSU's University Information Services service to self-reset your campus network password.
- Visit the UIS Help Desk in the basement of Massie Hall for assistance (University ID required)
- Bring a picture ID to the reference desk and the librarian on duty can help you change your password
