I need to have my username and password reset; can you do that?

Answer

Yes, if you come to the Reference Counter a librarian will be able to assist you with resetting your password. You must present a valid university ID when requesting assistance with your network account.  All students are encouraged to sign up for the self-resetting password service the university offers.
