I am having trouble using a database from off campus. Can you help?

Answer

Usually when students have trouble logging in from off campus, it is because their campus network password needs changed.  You can change your password a number of ways:

  • Log on to a computer on campus and self change your password when prompted
  • Use SSU's University Information Services service to self-reset your campus network password
  • Visit the UIS Help Desk in the basement of Massie Hall for assistance (University ID required)
  • Bring a picture ID to the reference desk and the librarian on duty can help you change your password
