I am having trouble logging on to lexis nexis off of campus. Can you tell me my login and password?
Usually when students have trouble logging in from off campus, it is because their campus network password needs changed. You can change your password a number of ways:
- Log on to a computer on campus and self change your password when prompted
- Visit the UIS Help Desk in the basement of Massie Hall for assistance (University ID required)
- Bring a picture ID to the reference desk and the librarian on duty can help you change your password
Some students are distance education students and are never on campus. If that is the case, please send your name, University ID #, and telephone number to firstname.lastname@example.org. She will forward your information to UIS. But, please note, UIS can only provide telephone assistance to students that are not able to visit the campus.
